Couple of Funny DOS Things. :D

I have a lot of these mixed with Sherlock. And then John says, "No Sherlock, you're just a drama queen." And then Sherlock is all, "Pfftttt." *grumpy face*

I find this one so funny for some reason...
"Smaug" at the 2014 Oscars

Lord of the Rings:

pretty much!

yesssss

Heh. Pretty sure that this is Aidan and Dean...I think Dean is the funniest thing. See, look at this one:
Dean and Stephen Hunter - Awww Dean!

Gonna assume that this is the same thing. Anyway, assuming it is, Dean is so adorable!!

Can not pin this enough!!!!!

Can't watch this scene without saying this. Ehehehe....

Sounds like a good idea!

… this is scary accurate…

Yep. Pretty much.

All The Time.

All the time...

Yeah. I do this all the time and thought it was pretty appropriate to post. I was like that when I saw him in the Star Trek commercial on the Catching Fire DVD.

Hehe.

I am done for today, goodbye everyone.

Annie

As of Late Obsessions.

  1. Disney's Frozen
I have seen this movie maybe three times now, and I bought the soundtrack too. It's such a great movie!! It's funny and the music and actors are SPLENDID! And Olaf is funny, so, so, funny.

     2.  Sherlock

So, I don't know why I am so obsessed with this show. It's just so well written. But now, I have learned, that is seems that we will have to wait like, two years before there are any new episodes!! I have two more to watch, but I may just stretch them out over that amount of time. WOW. I don't know, I really have come to enjoy Benedict Cumberbatch, and I don't know why. He's just so cool!

     3.  Word Searches

I honestly have always loved word searches. Like, those HUGE books you buy and then do and then forget about them when you were a child, and then, 5 years later you find one? And then it's like, "YEAH!" Word Searches!!! I am almost done with the one I have and last night I found a Chicken Soup for the Soul word search in a pile of stuff on my shelf. So, I am super excited about that.

     4.  Anime Music

I am watching this anime called Clannad, and I have to say, it is one of the cutest, saddest, most heart-breaking animes I have ever watched. I have about 6 more episodes before it's over and I'll post more after that. But the music on that is so great. My brother actually found the tutorial to Nagisa's theme, which also happens to be the Dango theme. I am going to learn that on the piano one day.

But I have come to enjoy the music on all sorts of anime. Even on video games and stuff. For example, if you are watching a Shonen anime, like Naruto or Bleach or Rurouni Kenshin, the music is pretty action-y and a little harder than most.

If you are watching a Shojo anime, like Clannad, or Fruits Basket, or something girly like that, the music is gonna be very pretty and girly.

    5.  Pinterest

We finally got new internet so I can be on Pinterest more now. I have almost four thousand pins. I have to really find something else to do.

And that's about it. I am into Historical Fiction and I am currently reading a book that is a lot like Downton Abbey.

I really need to find some new books and manga. I am only on book 6 of FullMetal Alchemist and I really should get back into that. 'Cept at the time, I was also reading Fruits Basket. My cousin reads manga like crazy, so I am trying to keep up.

Haha.

Middle Names

So, it's almost eleven o'clock and Margaret and I are talking. I am half falling asleep and we get to the subject on favorite names. Conversation being,

"I like the name David," I say.

"Yeah, I don't think it's my favorite, but yeah," Margaret replies.

"Yeah." I say. "Though it could just be that I adore David Tennant."

And Margaret is like, " David. John. McDonald."

(For those who don't know, McDonald is David's real name. xD)

Somehow, we ended up wondering about actor's middle names.

Then, a few minutes of silence pass and then I grab my glasses and say, "Come on, let's go look it up."

And here we are!

Results!

Benedict Cumberbatch, when looked up, is Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch. I thought this was kinda neat 'cause my kid brother's name is Timothy.

Then we came to Tom Hiddleston, and GEEZ OH MAN GUYS! Could his name be any more...dapper! Thomas William Hiddleston. Like, it's the perfect middle name for this guy. It's like a prince. Prince Thomas William Hiddleston. *shivers* ♥

NOW! MY LOYAL LOKI SUBJECTS! LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE!!

And I shall be all like, "YOU ARE NOT OF NOBLE BIRTH!" And then Margaret will come up behind me and knock me out and be all like, "HE'S LOKI! HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS!!"

*cough*

Then we came across Josh Groban's middle name. It's a really cool one, too. Josh Winslow Groban.

*takes a Pinterest break*

O...hey guys.

I came back.

OMGosh! Colin Morgan, I just found...is Catholic, it seems. I turn to Margaret and say, "NOW THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOUR RELATIONSHIP!!!"

I'm awesome.

Wow, so, it is eleven now, and so, I guess I really need to get off the internet and I dunno...GO TO SLEEP.

Goodnight world of internet.

Adieu, adieu, remember me.

Who Wants to Watch Videos?

My inbox for my email is so PACKED with things I have sent to myself. I meant to blog them, I really did. I am getting to that...soon. This particular post will be all the videos. Then I might have one for pics and then one for gifs. It's not everyday that I have an afternoon where I am bored to death. So, this is what I am doing for this afternoon. Hah. Enjoy.

It was like, 11pm when I found this video. I think I watched it twice. It was SO FUNNY! I couldn't believe how great it was! I mean, I have HUGE musical respect for these two, and to see them derping around on stage was awesome. :D

I actually think I sent it to my sister with a bunch of "Rainbow puking" gifs. I was gonna blog those, but I don't really feel like it anymore. Heh. Though...I probably will.

This was a scene that was cut from Doctor Who. I think it may have been when Amy just arrived for good. I thought it was note-worthy because Amy asked him what kind of Gandalf he was anyway, and he responded, "A space Gandalf." Hehe.

I just realized that the Eleventh Doctor is over. I finished him. Aw, now I'm sad. I really went into it as a skeptic because it wasn't David Tennant, but now, I'm gonna miss him.

These few coming up seem to be when I was looking for my favorite piano pieces. Enjoy.

The one link I couldn't get working was Rose's Them from the Doctor Who Soundtrack. That's an epic track. :)

Then I think I went through the Cello phase...

These were REALLY cool though.

I just cannot get these to line up right! Stupid blogger. Frustrating.

These seem to be North and South videos and then just some random videos I found. That Benedict Cumberbatch one is really funny. His David Tennant impression made me somewhat angry...? Haha. It was great though.

This one, "Stay" I think it's called. This was really cool.

Then the proposal, which was radical.

This was amazing. Love this song.

Then we have that video I talked about:

I think, then, I hit like the Japanese Anime theme songs. I have been into those, lately. Like, REALLY.

Then my favorite Naruto Theme. It's from season 2. Called, "Bluebird." I almost know all the Japanese lyrics. Hehe. And then a violin cover that was amazing.

ONE MORE....Piano cover. From the Little Dorrit miniseries. It's awesome. :) I actually have the sheet music to this I think...

So, let me see if I can find anything else that needs to go here.

Nope! I think that is everything!

Yay!

I shall be back with pics and gifs!

WOOWWW xD

Hehe. I'm happy. Laughing, and happy.

*Gigglesnort*

There I was, derping around on the TV, clicking through channels. My show, "When Calls the Heart" was just ending.

One sec, let me say something about When Calls the Heart. When Calls the Heart is a new show on Hallmark channel. It is based on the book written by Janette Oke and directed by Michael Landon Jr. I really like the show. But I think that I only watch it because of Jack Thornton.

I said that he was a Canadian Mountie, but Mom says NO. He's a constable.

Whatever. He looks like a Mountie. HAHA.

I dunno, I think I just like him because he's nice and adorable.

He's like a cute little puppy.

*gigglesnort*

Whatever.

Anyways, when that was over, I was derping around, looking for something else to watch. I came close to channel four, which is the PBS station, and I saw the blurry, patched-in side of someones face.

*throws my whole body off of the couch and sits four inches away from the television*

AHHHHHHH!!!

*Margaret sees it too and throws herself off of the couch and we both land hardly and loudly on the floor*

SHERLOCK! OMG SHERLOCK! ON. THE. TELLY!!!!!
(Because it is so obvious when you see the side of Benny Cumberbatch's face. Hehe)
WHAT IS THIS???!?!?! THERE IS NO WAY--

So. Apperently, on Saturday and Sunday nights, they play a "Masterpiece Mystery" on the WVIZ PBS channel! And IT WAS SHERLOCK.

It seemed to be the new episode. Sherlock was *spoiler spoilering while he was explaining to Anderson why he spoilers spoilering while he was spoilering and that is why he spoilered.*

It was only the last half hour of it, and then we watched the little special after it that was showing how they made it and such. It was really cool. It was on again on Sunday, but we didn't watch it because of spoilers.

Anyway, I learned that my cousin...Well, she's my cousin's wife, so would that make her my Cousin-In-Law? Hmmm...SHE LIKES SHERLOCK TOO!!!!!!! She mentioned it when I went over to babysit her little girl and OMG WE FREAKED OUT LIKE TWO TEENAGE GIRLS!!! And basically, that's only true for one of us. *Peace fingers* And then she was all, "Do you know an actor...Cillian Murphy?" And I DIED.

Because, naturally, I do know of him and he is like one of my favorites...Seriously...I am like really fascinated with him...Hmmm.

Anyway! She did mention Margaret and I coming over to watch the new episode...

YEAH.

We just have to wait for the library to get us Seasons one and two so we can catch up.

SEASON 3 HAS BEGUN!! LET THE FANS UNITE!!

That's that, then. I really just wanted to rant on how excited I was to find Sherlock on the TV. I cannot control my emotions and excitement sometimes...

Post Period-Drama Depression.

The other day, sister and I finished yet another BBC miniseries Drama. This time, it was Little Dorrit. Adapted from the book written by Charles Dickens.

I thought it was rather good! Matthew Macfadyen has some really sweet roles (I'm not just saying this because I am obsessed with Mr. Darcy at the moment. Sorry Colin Firth. xD) and this was no exception! The whole mini-series consisted of 14 episodes. They are a half an hour each, so we tore through it with a speed unknown to human-kind. xD

WE HAD:

Mr. Darcy as Arthur Clenham:

Pride and Prejudice's Mr. Darcy (Matthew MacFadyen)
Matthew Macfadyen
Little Dorrit (2008)

I don't know why I chose that particular picture of Darcy. I just liked it, I suppose. Hmm. I have many more, so I *guess* I will just *have* to post them later. If I must. *Evil Grin*

We also had some Whovians on cast too! They just kept coming and coming!
For example:

Martha Jones as Tattycoram. But her actual name was Harriet. :)

Freema Agyeman aka Martha Jones
Freema Agyeman

Rory Williams as Edward Dorrit:

Rory Williams
Arthur Darvill

Oh dear, it was SO funny when he entered the scene and leaned up against the door! We were like, "IT'S RORY IT'S RORY NO WAY NO WAY!!." And then when Freema showed up, "They're popping out of the ground like daisies!"

And then we have Alonso (this guy is from Doctor Who. I think he only appeared twice. The Doctor was SO happy when he found out what his name was. For reasons that will become apparent. Hehe.) who was John Chivery.
Christmas Doctor Who
Russel Tovey

John was great. He was really, really sad because Amy had refused to marry him, but he got along pretty well after that and treated Mr. Clenham very nicely when he had hard times fallen upon him.

Little Dorrit

And then we have Fanny and Amy Dorrit. I think it is pretty apparent who Amy is. Aren't the ones named Fanny always dolled up so? That is so strange.

There are many other characters, and her father is someone who I think I may have seen in a different period drama. I don't know. I will have to look him up.

So now, since we don't have a show at the moment, we are looking into new ones that we haven't seen yet. I think the next one may be one called "Cranford." If I got the name right, Tom Hiddleston is in that one. He's only in two episodes, but I really would like to see him in something else besides Thor. I did love his character in War Horse. And when I realized who it was, I was sad when it was a full scene of horses and soldiers running, and then warfare and such, and then, horse-no soldier. That was the last we saw of him. Same with Benedict Cumberbatch's character. He got taken by the Germans and we never saw him again.

Oh, and on that Cumberbatch note, I am watching Sherlock. My hold should come in by Saturday. Yay for Libraries!

Bye bye,

Annie

I Saw DoS Last Night....OH THE FEELS.

(I wrote this last night after I came home. I don't have any pictures to help me out because the bandwidths are low. So no loading of anything for me. I shall, however, load this place with pictures later in the new year. Yay. Here we go.)

Wow. Just, wow. There are so many feels that I don’t know how I am going to express them all without appearing like a crazed, fangirling lunatic. But hey, I don’t want to hide the truth. Hah. I will make this as sane as I possibly can.

First off, wow. Just wow. That was an amazing movie. Wow. I can’t think straight.

Bilbo Baggins. Aw man. He is just awesome. I am trying to decide if he turned out better than Frodo. Except Frodo has a sweet, little, hobbit-sized place in my heart, so I guess I could never really say who is better. But Wow. Just wow. His character has really developed. And I love how you can visually see how the ring is effecting him. It is working a little bit slower than with Frodo, but when the word “Precious” was used, he kind of freaked out.

The Dwarves. AH! They are just an adorable bunch. I noticed how Nori’s star-shaped hair never stayed neat for long…Thorin is just amazing. Like, please don’t get me started. He was perfectly majestic in the first film, and wow. IT JUST GETS BETTER. He seemed a bit different from the first time around, but I can’t put my finger on how he was different. Something to do with the gold…and I wonder if Dwarves are really greedy creatures…Hmm. We didn’t get to see much of Fili though. I missed him! I think he may have only said seven things throughout the entire movie. He said his brother’s name four out of those seven words. I do love how he cares for Kili though… J

OH MY GOSH, KILI!! Oh man, when I saw the arrow go into his leg, I almost gasped. But when he jumped into the barrel and snapped it completely off, even the dude besides me gasped. Mostly everyone in the theater gasped. I love how Tauriel went after him. Ugh. I ship those two so badly now. Going in to it, I really thought she would end up with Legolas—I guess he did too—but I like her much better with Kili. I loved the part where he thought that her being there was just a dream.

“Do you think she could have loved me?” Man. I love this guy. I cried. I was crying. It was so saddening and sweet at the same time.

Yeah, Kili, I think many, many “shes” could. J

The sad part is, I think I know what his fate is going to be. I DON’T WANT ANY SPOILER UGH. I try so hard to stay off anything that can spoil it for me. So, before school starts again on Tuesday, I am going to read the whole book. Then I will know what happens and can go sit in my dark, musty corner and cry by myself. There.

Wow. Mirkwood. Just wow.

Thranduil. Wow. Just wow. I cannot believe…wow. I knew he was fabulous, but WOW. His voice is much deeper than I thought it would be, but it works for him. Man, I hope we get to see more of him. Wow. He reminds me of Loki in some way, but I don’t quite know what that would be quite yet. Like, just his air, I guess. Give me an hour. I’ll figure it out. Wow.

Legolas. Now, Legolas was cool. He did a lot less trolling in this movie than in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. It was cool how he seemed younger. His attitude was completely different too. I like the one part when he was in Laketown and the orc actually causes him to bleed. He wipes it off his nose like, “I’m wounded? Since when do I get wounded?” Hehe. He was cool. Dang. So cool. So much cooler than in LotR.

Laketown was cool. Bard and his family were really awesome.

Sorry, can I go back to how fantastic Mirkwood was? Geez.

DAT DRAGON.

Dang. Benedict Cumberbatch did a wonderful job. I still can’t get over it. I LOVED Smaug. His attitude was way different than what I expected. And he looked like Ben! Was I the only one that could see it? MAN ALIVE. I would still watch this film even if it was only Smaug. Oh his voice…much wow. The gold was awesome. And when they covered him in gold. That was brilliant. I love how Smaug was questioning Bilbo about Laketown, and I could just see the look in his eyes. It was easy to guess what he was thinking before he announced it.

LET’S GO DESTROY LAKETOWN! YAY!

The worst part of the whole thing was when Bilbo looked up and said, “What have we done?” I knew that the screen would turn black and say, “Directed by Peter Jackson.” And then it was over. And I didn’t stay long enough to hear the rest of the Ed Sheeran song. *frown*

Wow.

It was SO cool how you could see the fire in Smaug’s chest and neck before it came out his mouth. The CGI was probably the best I have ever seen in any of those movies. I mean…SMAUG. I can’t get over that. Oh noes.

And Radagast. Oh, he’s adorable. ♥

I fear for Gandalf. Heck, I always fear for Gandalf. He left the company and I was all, “WHERE ARE YOU GOING? DON’T LEAVE GANDALF! NOT NOW! BLAAAHHHH YOU’RE GONNA GET YOURSELF KILLED!!”

And then there was Suaron. I knew who it was the second I saw the eye. I said the name the same time Gandalf said it. Yikkkkkkesssssss.

All I need now is to bribe—I mean ask—someone to take me see it again in 3D!! If I can barely handle the big screen with my eyes, then 3D is gonna be epic. I mean, THAT DRAGON. In 3D??

I got home and clicked through the tv channels. Everything else is so insignificant now. I don’t want to watch anything else now.

And I think that may have been better than the first one. The spiders were creepy, and this is a newbie question, but what in the world is up with Thranduil’s face? It went all crazy on him. You know what? Don’t answer that. I want no spoilers. I’ll find out myself. It was probably in the book…I don’t think they would just add something like that if it wasn’t in the book at least a little.

Didn’t Gandalf warn them about crazy stuff that goes on?

I don’t know. I am too tired to remember right now. Again. Give me an hour.

I am so happy/excited right now. I need to wake up one of my friends and have them listen to me for a couple hours. Ugh.

Maybe I will just blast Josh Groban in my ears and fall asleep and try not to think about it. Heheheehahahhahhaahahhah.

[Enter Bilbo Baggin's Nope Gif. I can't find it. Blahhhhhh.]

I love this. I love it all.

I will be back, with more DoS blabbering ons.

*crazy laugh*

One More Thing...An Epic, if you will....

Sooooooooooooo, needless to say, this is another thing I found on Pinterest. I can't get over how funny I found it to be and I just needed to post it. There really doesn't have to be a good reason to post something...right?

The interview is obviously from Into Darkness, a Star Trek movie. But I love how the picture is all set up with Desolation of Smaug drama, and then they throw in the last part....Eh...Heheehhee.

It's a bit silly. But, I think it's funny.

This is why I love these people.

 .......

On a much less weirder note, Matt Smith was in a dream I had last night. It was really strange. I was like at a yard sale at my neighbors house or something, and I was digging through a bookshelf looking at books. I pulled back a book and he was on the other side of the bookshelf. So, I stared. He stared back. I continued to stare, and then he looked at me like, "What?" Then I looked at him with the same confused expression, and we ended up staring at each other for at least two minutes.

After I realized who he was, I got excited and ran towards a table to grab my mother's phone so I could take a picture. But I tripped through a pile of leaves and sticks (our neighbors house is way behind ours, so there are sticks. It's the forest. :D) and I ended up falling and hitting the phone off of the table.

When I finally got the phone between my hands, it was too late. I had gone back over to the bookshelf and he was gone.

I think his appearance may have been due to the fact that I spend way to much time on the internet scrolling through Doctor Who boards. I mean, I am not even at the 11th doctor yet...

SO! There also was a vague feeling that Mr. Darcy was there, but I don't know... (It could have something to do with the fact that I did watch Pride and Prejudice last night.) My cute little second-cousin was there too. I figured that that was normal at least because she was at the house yesterday for a couple of hours.

Dreams are really...really...strange things.
And that wasn't even one of the strangest.

Apparently you don't actually get any real rest when you dream.

That explains everything.

So long Bloggy, I have done you enough mental damage. xD And I have chemistry homework to do. Bleh.

A Merlin Post! Yes!

It has been very quiet lately around the Blogosphere...

This is a collection of pictures I have found over the course of however long it took me to find them. It may be dorky pictures of Bradley and Colin. There may be cool ones of Merlin and Morgana...Whatever I find and enjoy will be here. This is going to be a very, very, very, very, very, long post.

Gosh, I miss this show so much.

Enjoy.

Merlin and Arthur on Baker Street. Dude!

This is awesome. The minute I saw the long coat, I knew exactly what this was a mix of. And do you see? Merlin still has his scarf!

Colin Morgan as Merlin

This one was just awesome...

It is such a good picture! And they were at ComicCon...Awww...It's strange to see them just being them, rather than seeing them be there characters...But we love them anyway. Adorable!

"I told you, I have many talents."

"I told you, I have many talents."

.

This was the saddest part I think in the entire series...Save for the series finale. Yeah. And when Lancelot died. Geez...They were so beautiful together...Gosh. I have to move on before I start crying.

Merlin

So true. ;') I love the top photos on this. It looks like a photo booth. And they are all being dorky. I think besides the cast of The Hobbit, these guys are my favorite group of people...(THEY HAVE TEDDIE BEARS TOO!!)

The part at the end..."HE'S GONNA BURN!" Ahahaaaaaaaa...This was just too funny not to share. Colin's voice get's very loud...

.Merlin <3

Happy Arthur hehehe

Ahahaha, Arthur's face. Those were a good group of episodes. Arthur was under a spell for most of the time so people thought he was a simpleton. Merlin didn't want his true identity to be know. He was so funny during that...haha.

Works

So...we have Colin Morgan, Bradley James, I believe it is the 11th Doctor (?) Matt Smith (?) and I am pretty sure...Cumberbatch. All with Teddie bears.....This is why we love our fandoms. ♥
Merlin

Love this one. I love the one of Colin, third one down on the left.

THERE WE GO! That will hold until I can get a whole bunch of Bradley and Colin pics...

Oh The Thinks I Can Think!

**In response to something earlier, a comment and such, I was able to find a ComicCon video with Benedict Cumberbatch. So, there is something about a cabbage, a helicopter, and some tea? Was this the right one? It was certainly entertaining. Hehe.**

Hello Blogging world! It has been a while since I had blogged and let me tell you, I have missed it! My weekend was incredibly packed with relatives and party preparations and the like. Cousins are making their last appearance tomorrow, and then that will be the end of the reunions until next summer! It was a most enjoyable weekend. I got to meet two...no, three new cousins. Including a wife, a husband, and the cutest baby I have ever seen that goes by the name of Natalie. I swear, if I hadn't another cousin--actually, they are both second cousins--who was equally as cute, Natty would be the cutest child ever.

Now, I apologize, but we must get back to the regularly scheduled nerdiness and fangirling this blog usually hosts.

First off, we got a new still from the up-and-coming season of Avatar: The Legend of Korra. This one is of the first Avatar, Avatar Wan. Observe:

My thought? HE HAS A BOLIN NOSE!!!!! I don't know why, but I absolutely adore Bolin's nose. It's even more fun to draw. The thing with this was, take away Wan's beard, cut the hair a bit, and re-color his eyes and you have Bolin! I cannot express in words how excited I am for this new season of A: LOK. It is going to be amazing. I heard somewhere that the release date is rumored to be September 7 of this year...Now, I don't know if this is accurate, but fingers crossed it is!

Secondly, I was wondering if Richard Armitage realizes how many fangirls he actually has...And how most of them are half his age. I think it's wonderful.

Thirdly--if thirdly is a thing--I have gotten back on Pinterest after a very long vacation from it...YAY!

 I shall be back.

A Quick One--Birthdays/Horses/Notes

I have to be quick because the Internet could go out at any second. The thing is, I just needed to post about a couple things.

One of these things being...I WAS RIGHT.

The thing there is I am not usually right about normal things like well, any school/smart related things. But when it comes to movies/actors/singers/books and songs, well, I am pretty good at that.

For instance, this evening, I watched War Horse with my sisters. Long story short, THAT MOVIE WAS AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I would have cried if I was not forcing myself not to. Anyway, there was a soldier in this movie and he looked awful familiar. So I sit and watch for a while and wait for a close up. After a few moments of a mental war and mumbling to myself in a psychotic manner, I come to the realization that this army guy looks like Benedict Cumberbatch. I don't know this for sure at the time, so I just rattle the idea off at my sister. She later goes and looks it up and...I WAS RIGGGGGGHT!!!! Of course, he was kind of blonde-ish and had a very strange mustache, so it was a little hard to tell him from the pics you see when his hair is brown.....BLAH.....I was pretty happy. I even stayed until the credits to see if I was right. (Yes, I am that shallow.) The only problem with this whole thing is that early on in the movie, he was taken captive by the Germans and we saw no more of him.

Tom Hiddleston was also in the credits. It was a familiar name to see then because I had looked up "Muppets Most Wanted" and found that he was in it. Turns out, (and this will sound lame to some) he plays Loki in the Avengers and Thor and such. So yeah, that was a great discovery.

Speaking of Cumberbatch, and Birthdays, (it is in the title for a reason, yes) now that I think of it, it was his Birthday the other day. So, since I wasn't able to blog that day, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY goes out to Mr. Cumberbatch. He is 37. I seriously thought he was older than that...Just shows to go ya how I need to be on the Internet more...

And the other HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! goes to my favorite game show host, Alex Trebek! Host of Jeopardy! Today, he is 73!

It's strange that one is 37, and the other is 73. IT IS FATE! DESTINY!!!

A HORSE---

Today is also Willem Dafoe's birthday. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILLEM!!! I recognize him today because he voiced my favorite character from Tales From Earthsea, the Ghibli film. That was an awesome movie, I don't know why people dis Miyazaki's son's films...My favorite character is Lord Cob. I loved loved loved (and yes, I will say it three times just like Eloise's Nanny. Hehe) Cob's voice was...*brace yourselves* AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I get the time, I will post a video. That is, if I can find a video.

I still need to get those Earthsea books. They sit on the library shelves. Taunting me. Tempting me. Even though I KNOW that they KNOW I have too much to read at home...little devils they are...

I did spend some time reading Eloise in Paris today. I forced my little sister into getting it at the library because I wanted to read it so bad. It was pretty good...she has her own little language and there is no puncuation in the whole book...I liked it :)

Don't judge me. I read little kid books. SO? THAT IS GOOD FOR THE MIND RIGHT? HEALTHY EVEN!

Yes. Sure. That post was "quick."

I must go now.

I was notified that I had made 2 Tangled references. I am fabulous.

Hehe.

Random Notes While Watching a Movie

So, my little brother wanted to watch The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. He has never seen it before, and that status still remains because he fell asleep before we even hit the seven minute mark. Then the other child that was in the room was asleep by the ten minute mark. I, however, stayed till the bitter end (which was around midnight since we started at eight) and enjoyed every moment of it. So that makes three times I have watched it all the way through.

Anyway, I had a piece of printer paper and I was scratching down notes with a random (and a rather sticky) pencil. I actually filled the whole paper and then the back. I am going to post them without editing them! Hah! It was dark so I don’t know if the spelling will even be right…Maybe I will edit the spelling and then I will probably explain some situations. Because, you know, when you write down notes, you are basically the only one who will understand them later. And sometimes, I don’t even understand what they meant and then I get angry because I wasn't clearer with my chicken scratches.

Here we go!

PAGE 1*

Jed Brophy (Nori) was the first to burp during the dinner scene.

Fili was the first to throw the plate.

(Get screen of Kili being adorable.) Kili!!

Dwalin (Tattoo) moved the plate of cookies. [That happened when Gandalf went to lay out the map on the table.]

Bilbo’s feet were wrapped when drinking tea after fainting.

They [the dwarves] left the house as clean as it was before.

[Balin] winked at Bilbo (pony).

The look on Radagast’s face when the hedgehog died.

The look on Bilbo’s face when he’s contemplating owl hoots.
------

[We paused the movie for a moment and discussed Benedict's Cumberbatch's voice. (We originally started talking about the Necromancer for some reason.)

The conversation went like this:

Me: I heard Benedict Cumberbatch was going to be in the next movie.

Sis: Oh yeah. ~laughs~ He'll get to work with Watson.

Me: Yeah.

~seconds of sitting there after we both sigh because we are exhausted from talking~

Me: Benedict's voice is really cool.

Sis: Yeah.

(We had never heard him talk until we listened to a couple moments of "Ode to a Nightingale" on the internet somewhere.)

Me: It's really deep and so...so...British.

Sister looks at me.

We both start to laugh.]

-----

Kili was the first to attempt to save Bilbo from the trolls.

Bofur was the first to slide down into cave. [When they were running away from the orc pack.]

Son of Thrain-Thror- Thorin

Bofur was the first to ask [where] Bilbo was.

Nori looked back and saw Bilbo. [When he was being taken away by goblins (?)]

Nori’s crazy hair. [Seriously thought, it rocks. It’s shaped like a star. It’s a rock star…aHawah]

F and K [Fili and Kili] were the first to run in and help B [Bilbo]D was right behind them. [I don’t remember what D stood for…probably Dwalin…]

“I wish you all the luck in the world.”

PAGE 2**

“Even good stories need embellishment.”

Misty Mountain at the end is EPIC.

Drawing of a key. [This was a reference to Captain Jack Sparrow and I was going to make some kind of picture out of it or something…Because Thorin had a key…I don’t know.]

“You know nothing of the world.”

Thorin

Hobbit Tartare and Dwarves, a little butter, a little salt. [This was my sister, she walked in when Bilbo was suggesting ways to season the Dwarves.]

“He’s been lost since he left home.” ~Thorin

That is the end of the paper. At the bottom of the second part, there was this weird drawing I did…I don’t know what or who it is exactly…

Hmm.
